HR Girlfriends

I took over this project when it was in an outdated state and led the complete rebuild and redesign of the website. My responsibilities included integrating their HR platform with WooCommerce via a custom API. This API facilitated the connection between selected products and the third-party platform, enabling seamless user experiences. Upon checkout, the API would automatically create a company and user profile on the HR platform, granting the user access to the specific membership associated with their purchase. Additionally, I implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) for streamlined access to the platform.

I inherited this project in an unfinished state and successfully completed the development of the membership site. This site enables clients to assign work to virtual assistants within a specific time frame. I optimized the payment system to accommodate the allocation of work hours for virtual assistants and ensured that manual charges could be processed efficiently. Additionally, I developed a custom feature to generate PDF invoices, which are automatically sent to clients.
